It is FREE to become a member currently. Shopping the Macafe is even faster and easier if you have an account. Your account consists of your login email and password. With it, you can easily save items and carts, take advantage of gaining reward points to exchange money vouchers, check the status of or change your orders, and more. Join us now.
If you forgot your password, you can easily enter your login email here and we will reset and provide a new passward to your email.
You cannot check out items as a guest. All valuated products are sold to members only and it is FREE to be a member currently. Join us now.
Members can provide ratings and reviews of products. As you read individual reviews, you'll be able to have the first person experience and actual feeling of using the products, and let subsequent buyers to have more understanding of products for better purchase.

Checkout Cart
After putting the products in your shopping cart, follow these steps to purchase items.
1. Review your cart
Once you’re ready to order, click the “Cart” link in the upper right of any page on Macafe to view your cart detail. From here, you can change the quantity you want to purchase and view product details.
We’ll provide you with an estimated total, which includes any shipping charges, taxes, and fees. Free standard shipping is available for total charge exceeds amount HKD$1,000 .
If there are other items you want to purchase, click the "Continue shopping" button. If you’re ready to place your order, click the "Checkout" button.
2. Sign in or continue as a guest
If you already have a Macafe account, sign in using your existing login email and password.
If you are a new user, you can create an account by entering in your login email address.
3. Enter shipping and billing information
To process your order, we’ll need you to enter both your shipping address and billing address. All of your items will be shipped to the shipping address you designate.
Then you need to specify the delivery method (self-pick, SpeedPost, Stand Register Mail).

4.Complete checkout
Once we have all your item, shipping, billing, and payment information, you’re ready to complete checkout. Review your personal and order information to ensure it’s accurate before confirming checkout.
After you place your order, we’ll take you to a Thank You page that contains a summary of your order. You can check any time your order by clicking 'My orders' in the user menu after logging in.
A cookie is a small file created by a website to store information. When you visit macafe, the site asks your Internet browser to put cookies on your computer. Cookies are a safe way to personalize your shopping experience at Macafe.
Cookies can store information that identifies you, such as your name and email address. A website only has access to the information that you provide. For example, our site cannot determine your email address unless you provide it. Macafe securely stores this and other important personal information, and adheres to strict privacy policies. Saving Items for Later (Wishlist)
Macafe makes it easy to keep thousands of products at your fingertips. Find something that interests you and want to keep track of it? Simply add it to your Wishlist.
For many of our products, you can save an item while viewing the product details. Simply click the “Add to my wishlist” button. To view or edit your Saved Items list, in the “My Account” menu, click the “My wishlists” link.
Macafe accepts a variety of payment methods for Hong Kong and International customers. Check Payment Methods in Sales and Refund Policy for more details.
Tax
In accordance with law in Hong Kong SAR, your Macafe purchases will not impose Value-Added Tax (VAT) within the district. However, international customers may impose the country-specific tax during import and you may require to pay such tax to the Customers. Such tax will not be included in the listed price in Macafe.
We provide our members the enjoyment of shopping buy providing seasonal or promotional cash discounts occassionally. Also, customers can earn reward points for every purchase and subsequently convert into cash voucher to enjoy extra discount.
To use the vouchers, simple type in the voucher code on checkout screen and the invoice sum would be discounted accordingly.
It’s easy to check the status of your order. Just sign in with your login email and password and click the link 'My orders' in the My Account menu. You’ll see a summary of your orders and you can click 'details' to check each order information, including your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order and the shipping method for items that have shipped.

If you recently placed an order and you would like to purchase additional items, you can place a new order on Macafe or have the items added to your order by contacting Macafe's Customer Service at (852) 3486 3080 or cs@macafe.hk.
Track Shipment
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name and a tracking number, if available. You can also view the order status information by signing in to your Order History. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.
You’ll be able to view and print invoices for your item(s) any time after signing in.
To view or print your invoice, sign in and select to view the order details for the order containing the item(s) for which you want an invoice. You can download the invoice in PDF format (requires Adobe PDF Reader) and print out afterwards.
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details.
In most scenario, all products take only 2-3 business days to get from warehouse and ready for shipping. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
You can also sign in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.
If you're shipping your order to someone else, you may want Macafe to let them know that something special is on the way. During checkout, simply enter the recipient's email address by clicking 'Add a new address' for the delivery address.
